A good staging of your property is essential so that the potential client can get a preview of the property without having seen it in person yet and decide to contact you.

To generate appropriate images, it is essential that the property is tidy and clean.
Even so, when taking the photograph, the environment is analyzed and if necessary, the space is adapted by eliminating objects that do not contribute to the image, such as: cables, plugs, papers, etc…
Please note that we are not responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the space and you must make sure that the space is in perfect condition when we start the session.
In the meeting prior to the session we clarify with you if props are required, and if so, we take care of them. We adapt the props to the different areas of the property, representing each space adequately.
Props can help photography to generate a more personal impression, where the viewer can better identify with the space.
