These photographic works focused on showcasing the graphic design and layout of the various cookbooks by author Concepción Pérez Tejera. Since the book was intended for online sale, a monochrome background was chosen to represent the color of the respective book. To give the viewer an impression of the book’s form and content before purchasing, various shots were taken of the book, including the front, back, and inside pages, as well as interesting details.
The gastronomy photographs depict the dishes included as recipes in the book “Las leyes universales al calor de la cocina” and allow the reader to imagine what the final dish might look like when prepared at home. The various dishes were prepared and photographed to create various still lifes with their representative props.
